En nuestro caso, nuestra condici\u00f3n como contact center nos exige tener un sistema de comunicaci\u00f3n eficiente y r\u00e1pido<\/strong> para que todo el equipo este informado en tiempo real de los giros que puede dar una campa\u00f1a. \u00a0De lo contrario, se puede ver perjudicada la imagen de nuestros clientes.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

La herramienta clave<\/strong> con la que gestionamos este flujo de informaci\u00f3n en Tu Voz es la intranet.<\/strong> \u00c9sta se divide en diferentes \u00e1reas, cada una de ellas con una funci\u00f3n y todas con el mismo objetivo, hacer que la experiencia del cliente sea satisfactoria.<\/strong> Las diferentes \u00e1reas son:<\/p>\n

1. Novedades.<\/strong> En este apartado, como su nombre indica, aparecen todos los nuevos acontecimientos que afectan a los diferentes servicios de emisi\u00f3n y\/o recepci\u00f3n de llamadas. De este modo, cada miembro del equipo est\u00e1 informado permanentemente<\/strong> de las actualizaciones que surgen y los cambios son aplicados por los operadores de forma inmediata.<\/p>\n

2. FAQ.<\/strong> El apartado de preguntas m\u00e1s frecuentes est\u00e1 destinado a resolver las dudas m\u00e1s comunes. Esta secci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se actualiza constantemente, pues cada nuevo proyecto trae nuevas cuestiones.<\/p>\n

3. Procedimientos. <\/strong>Cada servicio, de informaci\u00f3n\u00a0 atenci\u00f3n al cliente, recepci\u00f3n de pedidos, gesti\u00f3n de incidencias, etc. \u00a0requiere de un procedimiento, un protocolo de actuaci\u00f3n pactado con el cliente en el que se refleja el flujo de informaci\u00f3n y que gu\u00eda la actuaci\u00f3n de los operadores asignados a un servicio. <\/strong>As\u00ed pues, dentro de este apartado disponemos de los guiones que debemos seguir con cada cliente, cu\u00e1l es el rumbo que debe tomar cada llamada y c\u00f3mo lo debe tomar.<\/p>\n

4. Foro. <\/strong>\u00c9ste es un espacio abierto a todo tipo de conversaci\u00f3n. Aunque tambi\u00e9n se tratan temas empresariales, el equipo lo utiliza como un espacio informal en el que se crean conversaciones de car\u00e1cter personal.<\/strong> El foro tambi\u00e9n se aprovecha para proponer ideas y soluciones a problemas que se van presentando en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda. Se trata de que el flujo de la informaci\u00f3n en la empresa sea horizontal y multidireccional.<\/p>\n

5. Formaci\u00f3n.<\/strong> En un contact center<\/strong> es fundamental la formaci\u00f3n de todo el equipo, pues ellos son tu voz<\/strong>, es decir, la voz del cliente. Una buena formaci\u00f3n implica una imagen profesional.<\/strong> Cada operador debe estar preparado para las preguntas que les puede hacer un cliente, por ello deben conocer al detalle la empresa a la que representa y ser capaces de resolver cualquier problema de manera r\u00e1pida y eficaz.<\/p>\n

La intranet es una herramienta muy \u00fatil que agiliza la comunicaci\u00f3n a todos los niveles, pero no hay que perder de vista el poder de la comunicaci\u00f3n oral<\/strong> de toda la vida, que tambi\u00e9n resulta muy eficiente, sobre todo en temas de formaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
