El objetivo es que <strong>ning\u00fan n\u00famero de atenci\u00f3n al cliente tenga un coste mayor<\/strong> al que se paga habitualmente por realizar cualquier otra llamada ya sea a un tel\u00e9fono fijo un m\u00f3vil.<\/p>\n<p>Hasta la fecha, contar con l\u00edneas 902 de tarificaci\u00f3n especial y con un coste por llamada superior, <strong>disuad\u00eda a muchos consumidores de contactar<\/strong> con las empresas para efectuar consultas o reclamaciones por el elevado coste de las mismas.
