In compliance with articles 13 to 24.2 of the European Data Protection Regulation and Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the Data Controller informs to users, who have proceeded to create a profile on the following Social Networks:

 

 

with the main purpose of advertising their services and/or contacting potential professional candidates.

 

Profiles

The user has a profile on the same Social Network and has decided to join the page created by the Data Controller, thus showing interest in the information that is published on the Network. By joining our page, you provide us with your consent for the treatment of personal data published in your profile.

The user can access the privacy policies of the Social Network itself at any time, as well as configure their profile to guarantee their privacy.

The user's data in the Social Network will be processed by the Data Controller only within the Social Network itself and in no case will they be processed by us outside the Social Network.

The user can exercise all their rights: access, rectification, treatment limitation, deletion, portability and opposition to the processing of their personal data, before the Treatment Manager by contacting [email protected] and accompanied by proof of identity document.

The Data Controller will carry out the following actions:

  • Access to the public information of the user's profile.
  • Sending personal and individual messages through the channels of the Social Network.
  • Publication in the user profile information of the Data Controller.
  • Page status updates to be posted to the user's profile

The user can always control their connections, eliminate content that no longer interests them and restrict who they share their connections with, for this they must access their privacy settings.

 

Publications

The user, once linked to the page of the Data Controller, may publish comments, links, images or photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the Social Network on it.

The user, in all cases, must be the owner of these, enjoy the copyright and intellectual property or have the consent of the affected third parties. Any publication on the page, whether text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., is expressly prohibited. that violate or are likely to violate morality, ethics, good taste or decorum, and/or that infringe, violate or violate intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image or the Law. In these cases , the Data Controller reserves the right to immediately withdraw the content, and may request the permanent blocking of the user.

the Treatment Manager will not be responsible for the content that a user has freely published. The user must bear in mind that his publications will be known by other users, so he himself is primarily responsible for his privacy.

 

Advertising

the Data Controller may use the Social Network to advertise, in any case, complying with the legal requirements of current and applicable Data Protection legislation and the LSSI-CE.

Recommending the Treatment Manager's page to other users so that they too can enjoy the promotions or be informed of their activity will not be considered advertising.

Contests and promotions

The Data Controller reserves the right to hold contests and promotions, in which the User linked to their page may participate. The bases of each one of them, when the Social Network platform is used for it, will be published in it, always complying with the LSSI-CE and with any other applicable regulation.

The Social Network does not sponsor, endorse or manage, in any way, any of our promotions, nor is it associated with any of them.
